Adventures in vegan eats and feats

Stress-free festive fare: a mini vegan holiday ebook

It’s finally here! A short and breezy mini ebook for the vegan holiday hermit who also deserves to indulge 😀 If I could I would go into stasis mode for the holidays, but since that isn’t possible I do a lot of comfort eating, and I figure it does one good to just chill out instead of freak out over every festive little detail. If that sounds like you, click away! If you are secretly a festive fetishist, that’s also cool 😉

As much as I’d usually blather for a bit, the holidays do put a bit of a time limit on casually sitting by the light of the computer, tinkering away, so I’m going to be brief and say there’s an ebook, it’s free, and it’s because you are all awesome and I want to do a Bilbo Baggins and gift everyone in a small way. Blogging has given me something to do (and keep me out of trouble), acts as a virtual cookbook and reference guide, but has also afforded me the opportunity to be more than a food voyeur and actually interact with many more people than I expected – all in the comfort of our home (which for an introvert is a big bonus)!biscuitsnomBlogging does take planning and budgeting and time and energy, but it’s all positive and uplifting, and I hate to be bogged down by seasons and have the creeping sense of obligation and “wow factor” overwhelm me, so that’s why I decided on the lazy, chillaxed vegan’s version of a holiday ebook. You can make most of the recipes under half an hour and can spoil yourself whether you dine alone or in a guild of genealogy.

This ebook includes:

  • A sweet potato + berry smoothie
  • Christmas pudding freezer bars
  • Holiday french toast…

All in all…9 recipes!

    • Thank you Heather! It’s always an eye-opening time of year to see how huge the feasts are, and how I’d rather eat a smoothie bowl than a platter of delicate dishes 🙂 Happy holidays!
